Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Remedia.in (the "Website") and its online homeopathic consultation service. By registering an account, purchasing a consultation package, or submitting a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About Remedia.

Remedia is an online homeopathy platform that provides general health information and a paid, asynchronous consultation service delivered in writing by a registered homeopathic practitioner. Consultations are conducted remotely through your case file; the service does not provide real-time, telephonic, in-person, or emergency care.

2. Information on the Website.

Articles, materia medica entries, and other health content are provided for general education on an "as is" basis, without any warranty as to completeness or accuracy. This content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or hands-on treatment. Individual results and the time taken to respond to treatment vary from person to person.

3. Eligibility and accounts.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract to use this service. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide in your intake and follow-up messages, and for keeping your account credentials secure. Providing inaccurate health information may affect the guidance you receive.

4. Consultation packages.

Remedia offers individual, per-patient consultation packages, each covering a single patient and a single case: Starter (1 follow-up reply, valid 5 days), Standard (3 follow-up replies, valid 15 days), Extended (6 follow-up replies, valid 30 days), and Comprehensive (15 follow-up replies, valid 90 days). The applicable price and inclusions are those shown at checkout at the time of purchase, and may be revised from time to time.

5. Follow-ups and validity.

Each package includes a fixed number of follow-up replies from the practitioner and a validity period, both as stated for that package at checkout. The validity period runs from the date your case is first reviewed. Once the included follow-up replies are used or the validity period ends — whichever occurs first — a new package must be purchased to continue the consultation. Unused follow-ups and validity do not carry over and are not exchangeable for cash.

6. Payment terms.

Consultation fees are payable in full and in advance through the payment methods offered at checkout (UPI, card, or netbanking), processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). Your case is queued for review only once payment has cleared; no case is reviewed before payment is confirmed. Remedia may decline or discontinue service in the event of non-payment or a failed, disputed, or reversed payment.

7. Refunds and cancellation.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your consultation and is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: if your case has not yet been reviewed, you may request a full refund; once the case has been reviewed and a written prescription issued, the consultation is treated as delivered and is not refundable.

8. Medical scope and disclaimer.

This service is intended to complement, and not to replace, care from a licensed medical practitioner. It is not suitable for medical emergencies or acute, life-threatening conditions. Continue any treatment, monitoring, or medication prescribed by your physician unless they advise otherwise. Please read the full Medical Disclaimer for the scope of what this service does and does not cover.

9. Prescriptions and your responsibilities.

Any prescription issued is based solely on the information you provide and is intended for the named patient only. You agree to follow the stated dosage and diet notes, to disclose relevant existing conditions and medicines, and to consult a doctor in person if your condition worsens or does not improve. Do not share or resell any prescription issued to you.

10. Acceptable use.

You agree not to misuse the Website, submit false or another person's information without authority, upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. Remedia may suspend or terminate access, without notice, where these terms are breached.

11. Intellectual property.

The Remedia name, logo, trademarks, website design, articles, and all other content are owned by or licensed to Remedia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Website grants you any right or licence to use them without prior written permission.

12. Third-party links.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites provided for convenience only. Remedia does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

13. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remedia and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or the consultation service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify and hold Remedia and its practitioners harmless against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or information you have submitted.

15. Privacy.

Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how it is used, and your rights over your data.

16. Changes to these terms.

Remedia may update these terms and its packages, pricing, or features from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

18. Contact.
