How a written consultation works
An async, case-taking consultation — no waiting room, no rushed five-minute visit. Here's exactly what happens from intake to prescription.

Register and complete your intake
Create an account and fill out the case-taking form: your main complaint, general health, lifestyle, family history, and (where relevant) a women's health section — closely modelled on the practice's original in-person case sheet. You can attach photos or existing reports.

Pay the consultation fee
Pay securely via UPI, card, or netbanking. Your case is marked paid and queued for review immediately — nothing is reviewed before payment clears.

Your case is reviewed in full
The doctor reads your complete intake — not a summary — before matching a remedy. This typically takes 24–48 hours.

You receive a written e-prescription
A signed prescription PDF arrives by email with the remedy, potency, dosage, and any diet or lifestyle notes. Your registration number and the doctor's credentials appear on every prescription.

Follow up as needed
Questions about your prescription stay attached to your case file as a follow-up thread, so context is never lost.

No. This is a complementary, written homeopathic consultation. Continue any prescribed medication and regular monitoring unless your physician advises otherwise.

Pricing depends on the package you choose — each includes a set number of follow-up replies, usable for a set number of days after your practitioner's first reply. Nothing is charged until after you submit your intake form; you'll pick a package on the payment step.
