This is an asynchronous, written service with a typical response time of 24–48 hours. It is not appropriate for medical emergencies or acute, life-threatening conditions. If you need urgent care, contact your local emergency services or nearest hospital immediately.

4. No guaranteed outcome.

5. Continue your existing medical care.

Homeopathic care is offered here alongside conventional medicine, not instead of it.

6. Prescriptions and telemedicine.

Any written prescription is issued only by the treating registered practitioner after reviewing your full case, in line with India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.
